Using resin for the first time!
Yesterday what my first time using resin! I have a client who wants to give her sisters name pendants for their birthdays. The pendants that I had originally purchased were not working for the necklace. I didn't have time to custom order anything because this order is due on Friday. So I went to the store, bought the resin, the catalyst and 2 silver empty pendant holders. I printed out the names in script, added wire and silver details and poured the resin! I am happy to say I made it out with no burns or body parts stuck together!! I am still letting the pendants dry and I will post pictures of them soon! This opens up so many more doors to my jewelry making! I am thinking of casting a red fall leaf as a pendant...I think it would be beautiful!

Love the leaf idea. Would love to see a photo if you do this.
